Tapioca Starch

Tapioca starch are flours made from cassava or cassava starch and these flours are often used to make food and adhesives. Tapioca flour is starch extracted from cassava, many traditional foods and drinks use tapioca as their main raw material. This flour is white in color, also has a slightly coarse texture and is coarser than wheat flour.
