Flour Products
Flour/Starch is a food ingredient
that generally comes from tapioca, casava or corn etc. As we know, Indonesia is
still exporting those commodity to meet domestic and foreign
needs. Flour/Starch is a powder made by grinding seeds, nuts, seeds,
roots, or other parts of a plant that contain starch.
Flour/Starch has four components derived from the seed it originates
from, namely endosperm, husk, germ, and gluten.
Type of flour can have different components, depending on the milling process.
