Meanwhile, cassava flour is actually different from tapioca starch. Tapioca  is the result of extraction of cassava tubers while cassava flour is flour from dried grated cassava. Cassava flour can be used as a substitute or to reduce the use of wheat flour because it has a fairly high economic value compared to its original product (cassava).
